公元2008年网络世界特警阿KEN、狄龙、李仁3人侦破金大班与高大飞在马尼拉之犯罪集团基地。3人未得中央授命，私自围剿。结果两败俱伤。金大班与高大飞被杀，而李仁及狄龙殉职。阿KEN怀着悲愤心情与女特警阿美招待记者，报告一切……
