由真实故事启发而改编，有一个人继承了古代的水晶工艺品，从此以后他的生活发生了翻天覆地的改变，并成为了解放能量奴役统治和地下世界政府的关键因素。紧张和危险的侦探工作后，乔发现Lockhart家族在过去的1000年中，从罗伯特布鲁斯和十字军东征时期开始，一直在隐藏这个水晶（或者叫邪恶先觉者的心）。水晶心里有一个科技密码，这个密码能够产生无限清洁的能源为全世界提供能量。各路人都想得到这个水晶，为自己带来财富。影片男主在寻找的过程中，结识了女主。他们两在与其他争夺者斗争的过程中爱上了彼此。
